First of all, please order carefully, it's a very small brand and I would like to avoid unnecessary fuss linked to wrong orders. Moreover, I really do care about environment. I would like to avoid polluting planet earth with redundant shipping. I mean it.

Returns:

Never mind the intro, in any case you're entitled to return products within 14-day period, starting from delivery date.

Shipping costs for return are on you, unless you received damaged, incorrect or faulty products, then it will be covered by Raw Power.

Return policy & procedure:

1. Send an e-mail to hello@rawpower.cc and provide all details.
2. Respect 14 days period.
3. Product needs to be in perfect condition, with all labels attached.
4. Pack it well - initial mailers can and should be reused.
5. You will be refunded in maximum 14 days from delivery of return package.
